Source of Income : Young & healthy adults used to go 100 to 300 k.m. far from home to work as laborers in fields of rich farmers.
They hardly get daily wedges of about Rs.30– 50/day. They use to work from 5 am to 7 pm daily.
They use to stay at place of work.
They come back their home after 3– 4 months.
They don’t have any work in summer as there is no farming and crops in summer.
Their family members (wife, children & elders) stay at home.
House is made up of wood, bamboo, mud & cow dung.

Nal Sarovar is home in winter for thousands of species (Millions in numbers) of Migratory birds coming from Siberia and Europe.
This is designated Bird Sanctuary and picnic and tourist spot.
The land is flat and salty. Thousands of years ago it was occupied by the Sea. Very few crops are cultivated.
